California state law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from getting a tattoo. No, we will not accept parent or guardian consent. You must be at least 18 years old and you must provide valid government issued photo ID in order to get tattooed.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know ASAP. Keep in mind that all deposits are non-refundable. If you'd like to reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum 48 hour notice. Your deposit will not be forfeited if given a minimum 48 hour notice. If given less than 48 hour notice, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment date. All appointments will only be rescheduled once before deposit is forfeited.
Please let us know if you are running late for an appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late without advance notice, you may forfeit your deposit, lose your appointment and be required to reschedule and leave a new deposit. If your artist is able to wait more than 30 minutes, clients will be charged at the same hourly rate as the tattoo for lost time.

We do not send a preview of a custom design for your review until your scheduled appointment. You are more than welcome to schedule a short, in person consultation to review or discuss artwork. Any revisions that stay within the idea discussed at the consultation can be made before or on the day of your appointment.

This applies to tattoos we have created custom for our clients as well as tattoos found online or elsewhere that someone else has created, If you absolutely need a tattoo that another artist has done, please ask us to create something similar or inspired by that tattoo for you. Touch ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 365 days of the tattoo and by the original artist who did the tattoo (unless the tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part, see below.) Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed. Touch ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures are not free and will be charged at the same rate as a new tattoo. Changes to the original agreed upon tattoo are not considered a touch up and will be charged as a new tattoo. HEALING RESULTS OF TATTOOS ON THE HEAD, FACE, FEET, OR HANDS (INCLUDING FINGERS) CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AND MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE TOUCH UPS. If your tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part it will likely need multiple touch ups.
NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason.
You may bring only one guest with you while you get tattooed. Your guest must be over the age of 18. In order to provide the most comfortable setting for clients and artists, all excess or disruptive guests will be asked to leave. Children or minors are not permitted in the tattooing area at any time. Be aware that tattoo shops are intended for adults only and even an accompanied minor in the lobby area may see some nudity or hear adult language.
The health department prohibits any animal or pet in the tattooing area. Service animals are permitted in the lobby area and must be accompanied at all times.
